SIGNRRETT AFFILIATE AGREEMENT — 2026-09-30 This agreement governs affiliate participation together with the displayed program rules. Test-mode activity does not create real earnings or payouts. 1. Membership and truthful promotion Provide accurate identity, country, contact and promotional-channel information. You are an independent affiliate, not our employee or authorized agent. You cannot bind Signrrett, quote unauthorized discounts, promise outcomes or refunds, or represent that you provide official support. Keep your affiliate relationship clear and prominent in every recommendation and follow applicable advertising and platform requirements. 2. Prohibited conduct Do not self-refer or refer a business you own or control; create fake, duplicate or coordinated accounts; make fabricated purchases; arrange purchases for the purpose of canceling, refunding or disputing them; use stolen payment methods; manipulate cookies, clicks or attribution; use bots or deceptive redirects; conceal affiliate disclosures; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; impersonate Signrrett; make false testimonials, misleading product claims or guaranteed-income claims; distribute malware or infringing material; use confidential customer data without authorization; or evade a suspension through another account. Obtain written permission before bidding on Signrrett brand search terms or using its name in domains or accounts. Use toolkit assets only to accurately promote the service while authorized; do not remove disclosures or imply endorsement of unrelated products. 3. Eligible commissions and promotion levels Only eligible subscription revenue actually collected and attributed under the program qualifies. The published level policy determines starting rates and promotion criteria. Existing customers retain their resolved rate and earning window. Taxes, excluded products, credits, reversed payments, fabricated purchases and ineligible referrals do not earn payable commissions. Monthly and annual illustrations are estimates, not guarantees. One customer counts once across products. Qualification requires the configured paid-service validation period, and each eligible customer has the configured commission window. Membership does not expire simply because a customer earning window ends. 4. Customer refunds and payment disputes Our general policy is no refunds except where applicable law requires otherwise. A customer's statutory rights and lawful disputes remain unaffected. A disputed payment is not eligible for affiliate payout while the dispute is unresolved. Refunded or reversed amounts, including lost chargebacks, reduce or cancel the corresponding commission. An open dispute is not by itself proof that the affiliate committed misconduct. A resolved dispute may be reconsidered after verification; an administrative disqualification remains until expressly cleared. Previously paid adjustments may be offset against future eligible earnings under applicable terms; no unauthorized debit of your bank account is permitted. 5. Reviews, evidence and disqualification We may place affected customer commissions or membership under review for suspected ineligibility or rule violations. Confirmed violations can disqualify the affected referral and its commissions. We record the customer reference, reason, decision history and supporting evidence. Your portal shows notices and files designated for you; sensitive customer or internal information may be redacted or withheld. Some payout batches may be held while reconciliation is completed. Contact Support with the case reference to request a review and submit relevant information. Corrections and review decisions are recorded without deleting the original history. 6. Suspension, termination and payout obligations We may suspend your affiliate membership, stop new referral tracking, or terminate membership for rule violations, fraud, abuse or legally required restrictions. You must stop using affiliate marketing assets and links to promote the program after termination. Suspension or termination does not automatically erase legitimate accrued obligations; affected commissions can be withheld, disqualified or adjusted only for documented contractual grounds and applicable law. Account and decision records remain available through the portal or Support as appropriate. Creating another profile does not reverse a ban. Reinstatement requires an explicit review decision. 7. Payout conditions Payouts require verified identity and payment details, active eligible membership, acceptance of the current package, applicable holding periods and minimum balances, completed financial review and the configured payout schedule. Earnings are recorded in USD. Automatic payout availability depends on country; approved manual arrangements may use the local-currency equivalent with a recorded exchange rate. You are responsible for required tax information. Small eligible balances carry forward. Turning off new referrals does not erase existing records or contractual obligations. 8. Referral tracking and privacy Use your exact referral link and obtain required consent. Browser consent, blocked cookies, existing accounts and device changes affect attribution; cross-device credit is not guaranteed. Do not collect payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information from customers. Use demo or redacted data in marketing materials. 9. Acceptance, changes and records By selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting, you affirm that you reviewed and agree to this package. We record your account, the exact document version and text, its SHA-256 hash, and the acceptance time. Revised packages require a new explicit acceptance before toolkit access and new referral tracking. Prior acceptances and decisions remain preserved. You can view or download your acceptance receipt and contact Support for review. A login alone is not acceptance of a new version. 10. Payout-processing fees Affiliates are responsible for the actual, documented third-party costs directly attributable to their Stripe payout. Signrrett does not apply an assumed flat percentage or add a markup. Before processing, the payout statement shows the gross commission in USD, an itemized processing fee and its basis, and the net amount to be sent. The affiliate must accept this agreement and confirm that payout statement before any fee is deducted. A fee charged directly by the provider will not also be deducted by Signrrett. Currency-conversion or receiving-bank charges may be charged separately by those providers. No additional fee is taken from the same commission for a retry without a new disclosed agreement. Prior payment records and agreement acceptances remain unchanged; this policy applies only to newly prepared Stripe payouts confirmed under this version. A payment of USD 200 with a disclosed USD 6 processing cost would result in USD 194 sent; this is an illustration, not a 3% fee schedule.
