Project Portfolio & Resource Management
Plans, trials and workspace allowances
Compare Starter, Business, Business Plus and Business Suite using current plan details.
Steps to follow
- 1
Each portfolio plan includes one organization workspace. Portfolio and Vendor Workspace access are separate; Business Suite combines portfolio capacity with Business services.
- 2
Managers use Manager seats and Contributors use a separate allowance. Viewers, requesters and assigned-only approvers use neither people allowance. Managed resources are planning records and need no login.
- 3
Eligible plans offer a 14-day trial without a card. When the trial ends, a paid plan is required to reopen the module; workspace records are preserved.
- 4
Review current monthly or annual prices in workspace billing. Add-ons provide extra Managers, packs of five contributors or packs of thirty resources. More active projects require an appropriate plan, not a resource add-on.
- 5
Sierra Leone customers can pay for portfolio plans, Business Suite and selected add-ons with Orange Money in SLE. Prices are shown before payment and may be adjusted by administrators. Existing Stripe subscriptions continue through their existing billing flow.
- 6
Orange Money monthly payments cover 30 days with manual renewal. For annual access, select Request annual billing. The billing team receives email and in-app notifications and issues an invoice using the configured annual SLE price, with payment options. Annual prices appear on the issued invoice, not the plan cards. Access activates after an administrator verifies full payment. Existing work is preserved.
- 7
Review charges, credits and the effective date before confirming a Stripe change. Added capacity activates after payment confirmation; reductions and interval changes follow the renewal preview. Use the payment methods offered at checkout.
