Enterprise API and Webhooks

Enterprise users can send any supported Signrrett workflow event to an HTTPS endpoint controlled by the customer.

Steps to follow

Open Vendor Workspace and choose Webhooks.

Create a webhook endpoint with a name and HTTPS URL.

Choose all events or select the specific events the customer system needs. 16 current event types are shown in the Developer page and Connector Hub.

Use Send test to confirm the customer endpoint receives the payload.

Review the most recent 100 delivery attempts for HTTP status, failed delivery messages, and event timing. An authorized Enterprise user can retry a failed delivery after the destination is fixed.
