Workspace owners and admins can invite teammates into included paid-plan seats without creating a vendor record.

Steps to follow

Open Workspace Admin from the account menu or Vendor Workspace.

Enter the teammate email address.

Choose the role that matches their responsibility.

The teammate accepts the invitation and receives access inside the business workspace.

The purchaser occupies one seat. Business includes five total workspace seats and Enterprise includes 25 total workspace seats before additional seat handling applies.

Team membership is separate from vendor access: teammates collaborate inside your company workspace, while vendor users remain limited to their vendor relationship.
