Open Vendor Workspace and choose API Keys.

Enter a clear key name, such as Zapier production key or CRM testing key.

Choose only the scopes the outside system needs. documents and vendors scopes are available for the current public API.

quotes:read and quotes:write are reserved for approved quote or invoice integrations. There is no public quote endpoint yet.

Create the key and copy it immediately because the full key is shown only once.

Store the key in the customer system secret manager or environment variables.
