API keys let an approved system work with Signrrett. Webhooks let Signrrett notify that system when a workflow event occurs.

Steps to follow

Use API keys when an approved system needs to create or read signing and vendor workflow records.

Use webhooks when a customer system needs updates after Signrrett activity changes. The current catalog contains 16 event types and is listed in Developer documentation.

Only paid Enterprise users can create API keys or configure webhook endpoints.

Global admins can monitor integration health, but they cannot see full API keys or webhook secrets.
