Business Workspace Admin
Collaborate on workspace documents
Paid workspace teammates can share visibility into company documents while roles limit who can create or change them.
Steps to follow
- 1
Documents created in a paid workspace are workspace-owned by default when the creator has document-creation permission.
- 2
Owners, workspace admins, and members can view workspace documents and create new ones.
- 3
Reviewers, approvers, and read-only users can view workspace documents but cannot create them.
- 4
Billing managers do not receive document access by default; their role is limited to billing and subscription administration.
- 5
The person who owns a document workflow controls preparation, sending, revisions, and voiding. Other authorized teammates receive read-only visibility into that document.
- 6
Personal documents remain private, and vendor users do not inherit visibility into internal workspace documents.
